“Dancing With the Stars” Derek Hough lives in Los Angeles with his fiancée Hayley Erbert in a house he bought in 2015. Hough bought the home for $525,000, but after extensive renovations, it’s now worth millions, according to real estate websites. Derek Hough bought the lot for his Sherman Oaks home in 2015 and over the years that followed built the modern home with multiple large glass windows. He briefly put the house up for sale in 2017, according to property listings viewed by Heavy. The home also includes an infinity pool and hot tub in a backyard overlooking Los Angeles.

According to property records, Hough’s home has three bedrooms and four bathrooms and is 3,358 square feet. It sits on .45 acres, ownership records show. The property listing states: “Designed for entertaining, the living and dining room flows effortlessly into an infinity pool and elevated spa, while a chef’s kitchen will be a foodie’s delight. 3 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms including a sumptuous master with jacuzzi + walk-in closet, designed to provide sanctuary at the end of a long day.”

In 2019, Hough spoke of touring and working on shows over the years so he hasn’t had much time to decorate. He said in the Facebook video, “I try to make it feel like home.
