Chanel Thierry and DJ Mustard are still working out the kinks in their divorce. As previously reported, Mustard filed in May after less than two years of marriage and a decade-long relationship. According to court documents cited by The explosion, Chanel and Mustard are obtain court orders on several matters including child support and legally single.
Thierry’s motion asks the judge to rule on custody, child and spousal support, attorney’s fees, and communications between her and Mustard. The estranged couple welcomed three children, Kauner, Kylan and Kody, during their time together.
A Breakdown of Chanel Theirry’s Alleged Custody, Guardianship and Support Requests
Now Thierry is reportedly looking $82,628 in monthly child support for the kids. However, the amount is still pending a “Forensic Evaluation” of his mustard’s earnings in 2022. According to Chanel attorneys, his adjusted gross income in 2020 was over $10 million. Meanwhile, Chanel is seeking a temporary support order.
In addition, Chanel wants the “undecided authority” regarding “Health and Education” decisions for the children. According to the documents, Thierry claims that Mustard “does not communicate or reply to her text messages” who made it “It’s getting harder and harder to become parents together.” However, she agrees to joint custody.
Thierry also claimed Mustard rehired her nanny, who was with them throughout the relationship, as his “house manager.” This means the mother-of-three no longer has a nanny to come to her house or help her communicate with Mustard when the children are in his care. As a result, Chanel is requesting that they be ordered to use “Our Family Wizard,” an online court communications program, to talk about the children. Also, she wants them to share the Escalade family. Thierry suggested using the vehicle from every household when the children are with one parent.
She is also demanding $40,000 for her legal fees. Senf reportedly verbally agreed to pay her current attorney $20,000, but didn’t do so. He has already paid $25,000 to her former attorneys and $10,000 to her current attorney.
DJ Mustard wants to be legally single
Meanwhile, Mustard’s latest request concerns a status judgment. The famous producer had him and Chanel legally declared single. However, he asks the judge to reserve jurisdiction over the other matters mentioned above, including the division of assets.
After The explosion, Chanel and Mustard will be back in court on February 1 to resolve these issues.
