Doing homework in The Sims 4

Games of all kinds are great for escaping the real world. However, sometimes the things we try to avoid in the outside world also come into play. An example of this is the dreaded task of homework! The good thing about doing homework The Sims 4 is that you don’t really have to do it yourself! But if you have a particularly rebellious Sim, you might have a hard time getting them to do so. Procrastination isn’t just for humans, apparently. Here’s how to do homework The Sims 4

You can find all of the homework assigned to you in your Sim’s inventory. There are two types of homework: Elementary school homework and high school homework, then there are also extra credit projects.

To complete any of the above tasks, do the following:

Click on your inventory (the box icon in the lower right corner)

Select the homework

Click Do Homework

Your Sim will then continue with the homework once they have a high enough level of responsibility, but they may need more convincing if they’re going through a phase! When Sims are sent home with extra credits, they may not always start doing this themselves, especially if you have the game set to autonomy (meaning you control everything they do at all times). Simply check your inventory and then select the extra credit work as usual, or you can place the object in the world and have the Sim interact with it from there. Additional credit work improves your Sims’ grades, so it’s worth it!

And so, unless you were a good student, you can have your Sim do the very task you’ve been so keen to avoid every day after school!
