A RHOBH star has changed her look.

As filming begins on the latest season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, there’s one star who has completely changed her looks; Dorit Kemsley is no longer platinum blonde.

“I love my new color,” Kemsley captioned an Instagram post on February 17, 2023. Colorist Sergio Garcia took Kemsley’s blonde to a much deeper shade and officially turned her into a brunette while still retaining some blonde highlights.

“We did a little thing,” Garcia captioned another picture of the reality star on his own Instagram feed.

Kemsley hasn’t shared what inspired her to change up her look ahead of filming season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but she’s been showing off her new hair color on Instagram for a few days. She uploaded some sort of before and after video with the caption“When it’s gone, it’s gone,” referring to her decision to say goodbye to her super easy locks — at least for now.

Many Real Housewives fans have hit the comments section of Kemsley’s Instagram posts to share their thoughts on her new look, which appears to be getting mixed reviews.

“Pretty; but I like the blonder shade better”, one person wrote.

“It’s beautiful, but blonde [sic] is really your colour” someone else added.

“I like the blonde [sic] better but still beautiful” repeated a third Instagram user.

“I guess blondes are out these days… everyone’s going tan… love that color.” read another comment.

Meanwhile, Kemsley’s husband PK Kemsley seems to be a fan of his wife’s new looks. “Defend yourself.” He commented on your postadds a red heart emoji.

Dorit Kemsley likes to change things up when it comes to her hair

Kemsley has pretty much maintained the same hair color for many years, but she’s definitely one that goes all-out when it comes to different hairstyles. Whether it be chunky braids or she rocks something closer to a praiseKemsley tends to always pull it off — thanks to her longtime stylist Justine Marjan.

“Dorit is a fashion chameleon and always ready to take a risk! I love that she trusts me when I give her new hairstyles,” says Marjan said Page Six in 2019.

Although this is the first time Kemsley has changed her hair color in a long time, fans are used to seeing her with all sorts of styles and accessorizing her hair, from clips to decorative pins and just about everything in between .

In an interview with Us WeeklyMarjan shared a little more about the looks she and Kemsley have developed over the years.

“We send each other inspiration and different ideas for pieces to use in the hair,” she said. “[Dorit] always ensures a full look from head to toe. We’ve had fun playing with scarves in our hair and longer hair this season,” Marjan added.
