Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince demo now available

The free Switch demo for Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince is now available to download from Nintendo eShop worldwide. This was announced during the Japanese stream of the Nintendo Direct in September 2023 The Dark Prince would receive a demo for players to try out before its release in December 2023. Anyone who plays the demo can transfer their saved data to the full version The Dark Prince. The demo allows players to experience the game’s early story and explore different areas, capture monsters and assemble their party to take on even more difficult monsters.
Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince is the newest game in the Monster Series about the dark prince Psaro and his quest to become the master of the monster child. He is joined by his friends Rose, Toilen Trubble and Fizzy as they travel the world to recruit and train monsters, and along the way they discover an epic adventure that awaits them.
The new teaser from the latest Nintendo Direct showed various monsters and familiar faces from the Dragon Quest Franchise. It can be viewed below:
The English voice cast for the upcoming game as well as the paid launch DLC were announced in July 2023. The Japanese voice cast was also announced in August.
Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince will be released worldwide on Nintendo Switch on December 1, 2023 and the demo is live.
