Driver arrested after speeding on the M57 motorway
A MOTORIST has been arrested after being caught speeding on the M57 motorway.
The driver of a Volkswagen Polo who passed an unmarked police patrol vehicle on the M57 was caught driving at 150mph.
The driver then reached 115mph – 45mph over the speed limit.
Officials pulled the driver who refused to comply with an alcohol or drug test.
The vehicle was secured and the driver arrested.
