EastEnders SPOILERS: Whitney receives sad news about her pregnancy
Whitney Dean is set to receive worrying news about her pregnancy in next week’s EastEnders while she is kept in the dark about Zack Hudson’s HIV diagnosis.
In the coming scenes, Whitney becomes concerned when she starts seeing bloodstains and goes to the hospital for a checkup, and is stunned when her doctor shares that her ultrasound revealed a situation with her child.
While Whitney comes to terms with the news, Zack admits he is deeply ashamed of his HIV diagnosis and, despite Sam Mitchell’s insistence, refuses to share his status with the mom-to-be.

Desperate to keep his distance from Whitney (Shona McGarty), Zack tries to help her by asking Kat to give her the buggy she needs, without revealing that he bought it.
Unaware of his HIV diagnosis and unable to understand why Zack (James Farrar) won’t be there for the baby, Kat (Jessie Wallace) panics when he questions Sam about her decision to stay in Walford .
When he tries to investigate further, Zack says too much and Sam is suspicious. Sam realizes that the text from the GUM (Urogenital Medicine) clinic is about Zack, and he tells her that he is HIV positive.
