Edge of Eternity, Midgar Studio’s new JRPG-style indie adventure game, coming to consoles. PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X owners | S can expect to receive it on February 10th, while those who prefer the combined method to save Heryon will just have to wait a little longer; The Switch version will launch on February 23.

And yes, this is the first time Edge of Eternity will receive full Japanese audio. The good news is that PC owners can also download an update for it.

The console versions will benefit from all current and upcoming updates and bug fixes that the PC version receives. Furthermore, all console and PC versions will receive the Japanese dub update on February 10, 2022.
In a world torn apart, the people of Heryon pursue a desperate war against a mysterious invader. Edge Of Eternity is developed by a small indie team based in the South of France. The game was made possible by over 4,000 fans who supported the game through a successful Kickstarter campaign. The crowdfunding was so successful that Midgar Studio was able to partner with Chrono Trigger’s legendary JRPG composer Yasunori Mitsuda.

At one point in the trailer, a British dude says that “this is going to hurt…and not in a good way.” If that doesn’t scream “modern JRPG” to you, I don’t know what will.
