Elon Musk has offered to buy the rest of Twitter Inc. in a deal that values the social media company at more than $43 billion, calling the offer his “best and last deal.”
“If it’s not accepted, I would have to reconsider my position as a shareholder,” said Mr. Musk, who built up a more than 9% stake in the stock earlier this year, becoming the company’s largest shareholder.
