A Las Vegas judge has denied a bail request for a man who was arrested after fleeing a car stop. contains mutilated head and disjointed body parts your friend’s. As previous report According to Law & Crime, the gruesome sequence of events began on December 23 when patrol officers from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department attempted to stop traffic in a Toyota Tundra truck driven by Holland near Avenue Tropicana and Duneville Road at around 3:42pm Netherlands time, the man wanted under a number of pending orders, is said to have fled from the team vehicle but was followed by a police helicopter.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers are said to have seen Holland get out of the second vehicle. When Holland spotted the police, he allegedly “thrown various items at the officers in an attempt to escape” but was arrested after being stunned with a Tazer. Investigators later determined that both vans that Holland allegedly used to escape police had previously been stolen and both were in custody.

Officers have been reported inventory of items inside the vehicles when they found the cooler inside the Chevy Avalanche. The device was frozen, but the Police Ricardo Auerbach on Tuesday reportedly testified that one of the coolers smelled like “fish or something rotting” – prompting police to open it.

Inside the first refrigerator, Auerbach said he found a severed head that investigators later identified as Miller’s. The pieces of Miller’s body are believed to have been scattered throughout various coolers inside the truck.

Investigators also found evidence that they believe it was Holland who dismembered the man.

Miller was reported missing last month.

Deputy District Attorney Giancarlo Pesci told the court that Holland was caught by surveillance cameras at a local Home Depot buying construction-grade garbage bags and an electric saw that investigators believe was used to dismember Miller’s body.

Several firearms were also recovered from the trucks. Pesci said at least one of them was used to fatally shoot Miller.

Holland’s preliminary hearing is currently scheduled for January 27.
