Escape from Tarkov servers are down

On Thursday, June 29th, the Escape From Tarkov servers will be offline for several hours for maintenance. developer Battlestate Games has confirmed that this process will start at 8:00 a.m. CET and will take approximately five hours. During this time the game will be inaccessible and will end with the launch of a new patch that everyone will have to download.

According to the schedule shared by Battlestate, the UK EFT servers should be back online by 1pm BST or 5am PDT if you live in North America.

Although an Escape From Tarkov Wipe has been confirmed by Battlestate as coming soon, there has been no mention of it having anything to do with this new patch. And since this new EFT update has numbering patch, that also means it won’t include the Lighthouse expansion. This is an important distinction as some fans are confused by the timing of the new update coming this week.

The latest message from Battlestate reads: “Tomorrow June 29th at 08:00 BST/03:00 EDT we plan to install Patch The installation takes about 5 hours, but can be extended if necessary. The game will not be accessible during this time.”

Some recent indications are that the Escape From Tarkov deletion will take place this week, and multiple reports suggest it could be scheduled for June 30th. However, there’s always the possibility of last-minute changes, and fans will have to wait for Battlestate to confirm its busy schedule before making any plans. At the moment there is no time or date when the Escape From Tarkov wipe will hit the servers.
