A fire broke out today in a building owned by the Border Protection Department of Russia’s Federal Security Service FSB in a town 75 miles from Ukraine.
Local residents said they heard explosions before the building burst into flames in the southern city of Rostov-on-Don this morning.
Video shows the building engulfed in flames as billows of black smoke fill the air.
