Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur will sign Destiny Udogie from Udinese from Antonio Conte in the summer transfer window.
The well-known and respected journalist has claimed Tottenham have reached a “full agreement on personal terms” with Udogie and his agents.
Romano has added that the 19-year-old Italian left-back will sign a five-year deal with Tottenham, who could loan the teenager back to Italian club Udinese for this season.
The Telegraph had previously reported that Tottenham Udinese will pay £21m in transfer fees for Udogie.

That Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly ready to loan Destiny Udogie back to Udinese on loan suggests he is being considered as a signing for the future.
After all, the Italy U21 international is only 19 years old.
Udogie is unlikely to feature regularly for Tottenham this season so a loan spell at Udinese makes perfect sense this season.
