Fans are noticing something odd about Kyle Richards & Mauricio Umansky’s Oscar photo

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars had a couples night out, and like everything housewives, it got people talking.

On March 12, 2023, several couples from the Bravo franchise, including Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky and Dorit and PK Kemsley, attended the Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party in West Hollywood. But it was a picture from the drive that made fans do a double take.

In posted a photo As of that evening, Umansky could be seen in the driver’s seat of his car, with Dorit Kemsley at his side at the shotgun. Richards sat in the back seat and leaned to the side so she could get in the picture.

No wonder fans immediately focused on the seating arrangement. “I’m glad to see Mo with Kyle. The rumors scared me.” wrote a fan. “uhhhh That’s Dorit in the front seat. Not Kyle,” pointed out another.

Another asked Umansky bluntly, “Why is Dorit shotgun and your wife is in the back?”

“So they can get the storyline going,” answered another.

“Either they’re fooling us knowing about these stupid rumors or I think it might have to do with the skirts of their dresses.” another intervened.

Other compared the dynamics to the affair drama that is currently taking place with “Vanderpump Rules” actors Ariana Madix, Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss. In March 2023, it was discovered that Sandoval Madix, his girlfriend of 10 years, had been cheating with her co-star Leviss for over six months.

“Some serious Ariana, Tom and Rachel vibes with Kyle, Mo and Dorit.” wrote one commenter.

But others tried to quell the speculation. “Mauricio wouldn’t just post a picture like that if there was anything wrong with it, and Kyle wouldn’t be okay with being in the backseat if something was going on…she wouldn’t even let Dorit ride.” A fan pointed this out.

Rumors about the relationship between Umansky and Dorit Kemsley have been circulating for months. In August 2022, former RHOBH star Dana Wilkey shared a post that suggested the two were having an affair. Lute! NewsDorit clapped Wilkey.

“Kyle and Mau are our friends and my kids call them uncle and aunt,” she wrote. “Do you think it’s okay for my kids to see it if it’s a gross lie?” Dorit also warned Wilkey to “get some decency and stop spreading false narratives.”

During an appearance in September 2022 on “See What Happens Live” Dorit addressed the “ridiculous” rumors again.

“It’s something that strikes a chord, just because Mau, PK, Kyle and I, we’re friends together, and it’s such a nothing, and for someone to be spreading these vile rumors, it’s disgusting,” she told host Andy Cohen .

On March 12, 2023 Richards said Entertainment Tonight that she no longer pays attention to the rumours. She even revealed that during their drive to the Elton John gala, the couples had discussed the exact same subject.

“Analyzing everything is like that — we were just talking about that in the car,” Richards said. “I can’t keep up anymore, and I just told Dorit in the car ride that it’s not even important to me anymore.”

Richards added that she “doesn’t lose sleep” over the gossip about her marriage.

“I don’t know if it’s something I need to get used to or if I just went through so much that I threw in the towel,” she admitted. “I do not really know. All I know is that my anxiety is better than ever and I just can’t fret about it anymore.
