Fans are outraged by Christina Hall’s drugstore sign

Overall, fans liked Christina Hall’s design choices for her vacation home in Tennessee, but some couldn’t get past the vintage drugstore sign that reads “DRUGS” in big capital letters.

“I love everything but the ‘drugs’ sign. I understand the vintage appeal but don’t want a sign hanging in my house, on the street or in the pharmacy. ๐Ÿ˜‚,โ€ one fan wrote and 30 responded with their opinion. Some agreed, like one fan who said “especially with kids ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘ but she’s been very open about having mushrooms so… maybe it’s okay with her,” while others defended the decor choice.

โ€œI absolutely love everything about your house! Especially the old pharmacy sign! (The fact that the sign offended some has nothing to do with my post. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‚)” one fan wrote.

โ€œThe sign is put in the decor because it’s a rustic, vintage sign from a really old shop. This is a way of incorporating something historical into the design and has nothing to do with what the viewer interprets from the design. It’s just shabby chic meets modern,” commented another fan, defending the designer.

Confused by the whole discourse surrounding the sign, one user wrote: “Undamnbelivable…its her house. It’s a vintage sign. Nothing more. Not less. The only people making a big deal out of it are the busy bodies that probably have their noses mixed up in everything in real life…”

Christina Hall’s Tennessee home is her ‘safe place’

Christina Hall bought her home in Tennessee in early 2022, according to sources persons. The ‘Flip or Flop’ star said she knew straight away she wanted the property, saying: “This insanely beautiful modern farmhouse was on the market one day so we looked it up and I fell in love instantly and made an offer. It’s set on 23 acres, super private and has everything I can think of and more.โ€
