Fans think Chelsea Houska looks like Kailyn Lowry in the resurfaced photo

On Monday, February 13, a Reddit user shared some then and now photos of the 16 and Pregnant cast.

The user posted the photos to the Teen Mom subreddit to get fans’ thoughts on which star has changed the most over the years.

“Who do you think has changed their appearance the most? 🤔 (next to Farrah),” the user inquired.

However, some fans focused on the resemblance between Kailyn Lowry, 30, and Chelsea Houska, 31, in their “Now” pictures.

Fans think Chelsea and Kailyn look the same

Many fans pointed out that the two MTV stars began to look alike as they got older.

“Chelsea looks like Kail to me,” wrote one Reddit user.

“Why is Chelsea turning into Kail?” asked a second user, to which a fan replied, “Because they’re going for the exact same aesthetic.”

“The ‘Now’ photo of Chelsea looks so much like Kail it’s crazy,” added a third user.

“Chelsea is starting to look like Kail,” wrote a fourth user.

Kailyn said Chelsea made her feel like an afterthought on Teen Mom 2

Chelsea and Kailyn co-starred in the 16 and Pregnant spinoff Teen Mom 2, which premiered in January 2011.

Chelsea left the show in November 2020 and Kailyn soon followed suit. She announced her departure from the franchise in spring 2022.

Chelsea and Kailyn appeared to be friends on the show, but according to Kailyn, that wasn’t always the case.

On Thursday, October 21 episode from her podcast Coffee Convos, Kailyn revealed that she felt left out when she first joined Teen Mom 2.

Kailyn and her co-host Lindsie Chrisley debated the topic of feeling like a B-list friend when Lowry brought up her “Teen Mom” ​​experience.

“There was a time when we were first starting ‘Teen Mom’ and I was late…I was a last minute exchange,” she said. “Everyone already knew each other and Chelsea and Leah [Messer] were like besties on the show and I just felt like I was always second choice to them. I was always second best.”

Kailyn said Chelsea and Leah made her feel like “like an afterthought.”

“That’s what it felt like back then,” she said. “Obviously when you’re young and you’re cliquey and this is a show and they already knew each other … it was just very different.”

Kailyn seems to be on good terms with Chelsea at the moment. The Coffee Convos host frequently comments on her former co-star’s Instagram posts.

“Happy birthday to these two cuties,” she said wrote on Chelsea’s Instagram post of January 25th celebrates two of her children’s birthdays. “It feels like yesterday when you had Watson 🥲.”

Kailyn & Chelsea Reportedly Discussing ‘Falling Apart’

While Kailyn may not have been on the right foot with Chelsea, both girls have made it clear that there is no feud between them.

A fan in September 2019 on twitter Chelsea and Kailyn asked about their friendship.

“So I just need to know if @KailLowry is still near @ChelseaHouska because the podcast with @Hayter25 so it made it sound like they weren’t and i don’t know why but this makes me so sad if its true,” the fan tweeted on September 10, 2019.

At the time, fans speculated that the girls had a falling out because Chelsea weren’t dating Kailyn and Leah after the reunion.

Kailyn quickly put the rumors to rest, react to the fan“We’re still friends!!”

Chelsea too added to topic, Writing: “I think people are looking at it way too much! I used to go out and socialize at meetings and now I tend to stay home and keep to myself! I still love those ladies… I just became a recluse lol.”
