(WHTM) – State police and an Allegheny County Police Department found a woman and a child to safety Sunday, Jan. 15.
The Penn Hills, Allegheny County Police Department is searching for a woman and child
The woman drove a green 2017 Nissan Rogue, Pennsylvania registration LPJ-4764. Bell was last seen around 11 a.m. on January 13 in the Calmar Dr area, Penn Hills Twp, Allegheny County
Bell was believed to be in the Adams County Pennsylvania area.
The woman was accompanied by her 1-year-old daughter.
