A fired “Vanderpump Rules” star takes big career steps.

A former reality TV star has big news to announce two years after she was fired Bravo‘s “Vanderpump Rules”.

Stassi Schroeder was fired from the network after Faith Stowers, an employee at SUR, revealed that Schroeder and her then-co-star Kristen Doute went to the police and accused them of a crime they did not commit.

“Racially insensitive comments from my past have resurfaced. It’s important that I take responsibility for what I’ve said and done while pushing myself to do better. I’ve grown significantly from who I was then, and I still have remorse and regret for the pain I caused,” Schroeder said said in a statement which was shared on her Instagram account in June 2020.

“What I did to Faith was wrong. I apologize and do not expect forgiveness. I also feel sorry for anyone else who is disappointed in me. I will continue to take a closer look at myself and my actions – taking the time to listen, learn and take responsibility for my own privilege,” the statement continued.

Not only was Schroeder fired from Bravo, but her popular podcast Straight Up With Stassi was dropped from all streaming platforms. according to page six. A few months later, Schroeder launched another podcast only available on Patreon. She also landed a book deal and published Off With My Head: The Definitive Basic Bitch Handbook to Surviving Rock Bottom in April 2022 – her second paper.

Things are looking really good for Schröder now.

Straight Up With Stassi is officially back

On September 28, 2022, “Straight Up With Stassi” was back. The first two episodes of the revised podcast have been uploaded.

After a hiatus of over two years, Stassi Schroeder Clark is back with new episodes of Straight Up With Stassi! In this episode, Stassi brings her Khaleesis up to date on what has happened since her last episode aired in May 2020. She also talks about her new podcast structure and what everyone can expect in the future.”

At the beginning of the first episode, Schroeder said “it’s been so long,” but added that she felt the time was right to “start again.”

“I missed you,” she said. She then explained why her podcast was previously removed. “I have and will always own my own content and episodes,” she said, adding that she didn’t want to restart her podcast until her book came out.

Several Vanderpump Rules fans have criticized the new podcast and expressed concerns that Schroeder is back.

“I knew people would forgive or forget. This chick didn’t do anything to prove she learned a goddamn thing.” one person wrote.

“If anyone listens to this shit, they’re part of the problem. Stassi has to be canceled permanently. She’s not a good person and she hasn’t learned anything.” someone else added.

“Oh I see. Her white privilege got her only a break, not a rejection. How great for her.” said a third Redditor.

“This is bloody ridiculous, why would you even take them off when you want to put them back on. Can bring her back to the show too. Perfect bulls***”, repeated another.
