Food truck and restaurant rally event returns to Cumberland Co.

NEW CUMBERLAND, Pa. (WHTM) – Tue New Cumberland Business & Professional Group (B&PG) hosts its annual, recurring community event called the New Cumberland Food Truck & Restaurant Rally.

According to Odessa Design, Inc. President and Creative Director Gennifer Richie, the New Cumberland Food Truck & Restaurant Rally will consist of 9 different food trucks, all lined up for guests to try – however this number may increase to as many as 12 for upcoming events.

The New Cumberland Food Truck & Restaurant Rally has been held in a parking lot at 400 Bridge St. for the past few years, but about 3 years ago B&PG decided to move the rally to a larger, more central area to create more opportunities for Live music events during the rally and to avoid traffic problems.

The first rally will take place on Thursday, March 9 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and will continue on the second Thursday of each month through December. The rally will be held at 222-229 Market St. in New Cumberland.
