That Genshin Impact Ayaka Banner Rerun’s release time is slated for this week, throwing a returning crop of 4-star characters into the mix to keep things interesting.
Players will soon be able to jump into one of the most popular free-to-play titles available in North America and Europe and try to earn a variety of rewards and special items.
And while this might just be phase 2 of the recently released Genshin 2.6 update, there are plenty of new quests to undertake and weapons to unlock.

When does the Genshin Impact Ayaka banner replay start?
Developer miHoYo has confirmed that the Genshin Impact Ayaka Banner Rerun release time and release date has been set for Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 5:00 PM BST (3:00 PM PT). This will also be when the other 4-star characters go live alongside Ayaka in their Rerun banner, as well as the latest weapons being added to the game.
MiHoYo’s official countdown states that it will be available at 18:00 server time. This should mean the above hours for American and European servers. During this event wish, the 4-star characters “Wolf Boy” Razor (Electro), “Thorny Benevolence” Rosaria (Cryo), and “Mujina Ninja” Sayu (Anemo) will also receive a huge drop rate boost. It’s a decent lineup, with Sayu and Razor being the questionable standouts.
April 19th is also the end of Kamisato Ayato’s character event wish, so get it while you can. Meanwhile, the five-star weapons like Mistsplitter Reforged (Sword) and The Unforged (Claymore) are being raised. Other weapons also receive boosts, including the four-star Favonius Sword (Sword), the Bell (Claymore), Favonius Lance (Polearm), Favonius Codex (Catalyst), and the Favonius Warbow (Bow).
In terms of quests, Genshin 2.6 Phase 2 will also release the following events for fans to follow and complete: Vibro-Crystal Research, Marvelous Merchandise, and Ley Line Overflow. Most of these come with guaranteed rewards for those who complete them, including mora, materials, and ore. miHoYo has also confirmed that there are plenty of primogems to earn with the Vibro-Crystal research starting April 21st .
