DUBAI — US companies opening up one of the few flight corridors out of Moscow are moving employees from Russia to the United Arab Emirates, a boon for the Gulf nation as it seeks to cement its position as a global trade hub.
The United Arab Emirates is one of the few US partners willing to grant visas to unsanctioned Russians even as Russia continues to wage war with Ukraine.
