“We remain grateful for all the positive support. It’s been a long six months after a decade of injustice. On New Year’s Eve, Mr. Dunn received a call about a formal indictment,” a notice sent to KTAB said. “We are told there are currently two (2) charges involved. For those in the local media asking us to update, we encourage you to make those calls yourself. Please do not ask us to discuss what we are supposed to protect. Mr Dunn would not be available for comment until the trial is over. ”
