Former Below Deck Mediterranean chief stewardess Hannah Ferrier has some thoughts on this season of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

In a Nov. 13 tweet Ferrier shared why she’s been feeling confused by the show’s recent episodes – especially as someone living in Australia.

“As an Australian watching Salt Lake, I genuinely thought this whole debacle was about jazz tickets,” Ferrier wrote. “Like a jazz concert… It was extremely confusing why anyone would trade anything for front row jazz tickets #RHOSLC.”

Ferrier’s tweet comes after the first episodes of this season, when Whitney Rose claimed her friend Angie Harrington told her that star Lisa Barlow was doing “sexual favors” to a man in exchange for tickets to Utah Jazz basketball games. Rose claimed Harrington told her while they were at a basketball game with her cousin and co-star Heather Gay, but Gay denies ever hearing the rumor.

Utah Jazz is an NBA team from Salt Lake City.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City isn’t the only show on Bravo Ferrier is keeping up with. During a September 2022 interview with showbiz cheat sheet, The former Below Deck Med star revealed what she thought of this season of RHOBH and condemned the cyber attacks on Garcelle Beauvais’ son that took place last fall.

“I hate [the attacks on] Kids, I hate all that racism stuff,” Ferrier told the outlet at the time. “With housewives, they go low, they get dirty. It’s a pretty brutal setup.”

Ferrier continued, “Real Housewives is where you sign up to rip each other’s heads off,” she noted. “And if you don’t, you won’t be brought back. But it’s pretty disgusting what’s going on. Because I love Garcelle too. I think she’s just a fabulous woman. I’m definitely Garcelle and Sutton [Stracke] on Beverly Hills [laughed].”

Whitney Rose said she saw a “more vulnerable” side in Lisa Barlow after the rumors about her began to surface this season

While the rumors surrounding Lisa Barlow have caused a lot of drama among the cast of Housewives of Salt Lake City this season, Whitney Rose said seeing Barlow in a new light actually helped her.

“After all these rumors got out and everything happened, I’ve seen a more vulnerable and outspoken Lisa,” Rose said entertainment tonight during an interview in September 2022. “and I was able to take off the lenses I used to see them with and make up my own mind about them.”

However, the rumors about Barlow have marred Rose’s relationship with her cousin Heather Gay and the two still don’t get along well to this day.

“[Heather] drives me, and that changed everything forever,” Rose told the outlet. “These rumors that we hear about in the super teases and all, people don’t want to know who started it, who said it, and people don’t like being called about their stuff. So if you have someone who’s trying to lie and someone really challenges them, they get angry.”

Viewers can watch brand new episodes of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City every Wednesday night at 8 p.m. Eastern Time on Bravo.
