Haydock Florists get rave reviews for mobile DJ business
A couple known for their good deeds around St Helens and Haydock have earned a respectable reputation in the mobile DJ business.
Kev Poole and Stephen Mousdell are founding members of the group Haydock and St Helens in Bloom and are looking to improve the image of their hometown. They are often seen planting flowers, replacing planters, and tending to historic sites in the area.
Kev and Stephen, a former security guard but with 10 years experience as a mobile DJ, decided to reinvigorate the traveling music business after starting a relationship last year.

At weddings, birthdays and private events, the two perform their songs for all audiences, aiming to put on a “real music and light performance”.
‘Kevin Lee Productions’ has been working most weekends for the last 10 months reveling in five star reviews online and has many events to plan and look forward to.
Kev, 36, said: “I was DJing as a mobile DJ about 12 years ago before I moved to Gran Canaria.
“After I met Ste we decided to just give it a try and we’re very busy now and have had a lot of great reviews.”
Known for their good deeds in the community, this has helped Kev and Stephen gain recognition and bookings for their new business venture.
Stephen added: “We’ve been drawn to people a couple of times who recognize us and have told us they love what we do, which is really nice.
“I think we’re a great team.”
Following the success of their events, the duo have invested heavily in their business to improve their equipment and production, and hope to spread their name across the county.
