HGTV’s Mina Starsiak Hawk Announces New Podcast Mina AF

Mina Starsiak Hawk is recording her first podcast episode this weekend
HGTV’s Mina Starsiak Hawks Spinoff Show, “Good Bones: Risky Business” just aired, and the presenter and designer has tackled her next project, a podcast.
This was announced by Starsiak Hawk on October 21st Instagram story that she is in the process of recording the first two episodes of her new podcast and announced that she had landed on a name for the show, “Mina AF”. The first two guests on the show are her plastic surgeon, dr Peter Koltzand her husband, Steve Hawk.
Hawk also added a link where fans can leave audio questions for the presenter to play and respond live on the podcast. Fans can also pre-record their questions and upload the audio files to this website.
“It’s a fun platform where I can hear your voice, I can hear the question,” Starsiak Hawk said, “and that’s how the entire podcast is going to be built.”
In an Oct. 22 story, Starsiak told fans not to hold back their questions, posting a photo of her after the plastic surgery and writing, “I got all the ‘normal’ questions. What are you going to ask when you’re not sure you can, it might hurt you, it might feel silly… Ask anyway.”

Starsiak Hawk is very happy with the results of her surgery and recommends anyone who has the opportunity to undergo these types of procedures to do so if it means gaining (or in her case regaining) confidence. Whatever makes you feel strong and powerful and beautiful.”
Mina Starsiak Hawk will speak to her husband about grief
Mina Starsiak Hawk said in an Oct. 22 Instagram Story that her husband Steve Hawk will “probably be a returning guest” on “Mina AF,” but the conversation will focus on the grief and loss in their first episode together that Steve experienced during the couple’s first five years together.
Mina writes: “[Steve’s] Best friend, parents and sister all left our worlds in quick succession and they are all still very open wounds.” The host hopes sharing her story will give hope to fans who may be going through something similar.
Corresponding TurnSteve’s parents, Richard and Sally Hawk, died within months of each other in 2018, and his sister Stefanie died in 2020.
The first episodes of “Mina AF” are slated to begin taping this weekend, although a premiere date for the podcast has yet to be announced.
