And Holly Willoughby certainly looked revitalized as she shared a sunny snap to Instagram on Wednesday.

The 41-year-old presenter posted the selfie on her wellness brand Wylde Moon’s account – and gave the page’s 159,000 followers some holiday hair tips.

Holly and co-host Phillip Schofield have been enjoying a summer away from their usual presenting duties on This Morning – they will return next week.

The ITV breakfast show has been taken over by a host of stand-ins including Rochelle Humes, Vernon Kaye, Rylan Clark, Dermot O’Leary and many more.

The pair explained that they took the time to rehire during the break and also admitted they were excited to return to the silver screen.

While Phillip continued, “This Morning is more than just a show, it’s such a nice group of people to come to work with and you miss that – it’s not really a job!”.

Quite a run: Holly and Phillip have been presenting themselves together as a duo for over 15 years, starting out on Dancing On Ice in 2006 before Holly joined Phillip three years later on This Morning (pictured on This Morning in 2009).
