How many Constellations matter in the Genshin Impact?

Constellations are a hot topic in the Gensin Impact community. Constellations make the character stronger and for some people reaching certain Constellations level feels obligatory. Just how do you determine when to buy a Constellation and when to save your money.

Are Constellations important to the 4-star characters in Genshin Impact?

The collection of Constellations for 4-star characters such as Xingqiu because you are guaranteed a four-star weapon or character each ten pulls. Dragging a banner with these characters is easy to get, and if you play long enough you’ll eventually max out on as many 4-star constellations without much difficulty.

Honestly, you should try to get full of Constellations on any 4 stars you use, as they can sometimes become more powerful even more than a five-star C1 number. Except for characters like Bennettwho got his hold of his C6 most of the four stars maxed out is a huge help for your team.

Are the Constellations important to the 5 star characters in Genshin Impact?

Deciding if C6 is a five-star is where things get complicated. To C6 five stars, you are considering spending 1,000 dollars, even if you’re lucky enough to win a few 50/50 pulls. Many characters are also strong enough to completely destroy the Spiral Abyss at C0, as can be seen with General Raiden.

While any 5 star version of C6 would be overpower, generally not worth spending so much money. Some five stars like Zhongli it can be beneficial to hit C2, but this will only apply based on which team you are on.

The rule of thumb is to examine each character’s individual needs, but for the most part, moving to C6 with a five-star character simply isn’t necessary.
