After completing these requirements you will have to go to Shells Town, the second village in Pixel Piece. Find Ranabana in the north-west part of town; then you must challenge and Defeat Axehand Norgan. He’ll drop them seaman’s certificatethat you need to become a Marine. We recommend being at least level 45 before challenging the boss.

With the Sailor’s Certificate in hand, return to Shells Town and find the two sword-wielding guards in front of the doors in the center of the city. You will now be a certified Marine.
