How to Get All Free Items in Roblox Spotify Island

As many users may have discovered, the cryptic Project Miami experience has finally been uncovered! This experience, which became known as Spotify Island on May 3rd, 2022, allows users to explore a world of music, quests, parkour activities and more. Spotify Island also comes with four free avatar items that players can collect by following the guide below.

Earn free items

In order to collect all four free items available on Spotify Island, players must complete various quests and in turn earn their corresponding badges. To access these quests at any time and to track your progress, find and click on the tick icon on the right side of your screen after entering the experience – this will open the quest menu pictured below.

Completion of the tutorial

Once you’ve spawned on Spotify Island, you should notice a trail of green arrows that will take your player to different locations on the map – this is the tutorial arrow. To quickly complete the tutorial, follow this arrow to each location.

Once you make it to the final location, the Effects Storechoose any bubble effect you can afford and press Obtain– This will complete the tutorial and unlock the Hwaiting (화이팅) emote.

Luckily, the 20 music notes scattered around the Spotify Island map are pretty easy to find. In fact, you probably collected the first pair simply by completing the tutorial. For a quick look at all the notes, check out the images below.

• The first musical note can be found by following the tutorial portal to the main area – once you land on the ground you should automatically collect it. If for some reason you didn’t collect it automatically, you can find it in the following location.

• There is a note in this log after the tutorial trail.
  • (We accidentally collected it before writing this guide)

• One can be found in this log.

• One can find next to this fruit.
  • (Again, we accidentally collected this note before writing the guide.)

• And finally one can be found in the music cave.

• After completing the tutorial, you can explore the rest of the map on your own. The best way to collect the remaining sheet music is to simply follow the parkour course laid out on Spotify Island – this should help you collect almost all of them. However, if you’re still looking for more direct help, keep checking out our images and descriptions below.

• There are a total of three notes near the main stage of the experience – one on a mushroom to the left of the stage and two on the stage itself.

• Collecting the musical note on the mushroom will propel you into the air and show you the platform pictured below. On this platform is another music note and a handful of music-themed trampolines, which we will come back to later.

• Another note can be found by gliding along the galaxy trail.

• Another one under the big tree.

• And another one near the broken tree stump

• The next few notes can only be accessed by hopping, climbing, and sliding, so they require a bit more work. First, find the mushroom near the fallen log and jump on it.

• This should take you to the platform pictured below.

• Next, look for the tall tree stump that has a vine wrapped around it. To reach the top of this stump and find the musical note, you need to jump onto the vine below and ride it all the way up.

• To find the next two notes, ride the vine that travels from the top of the stump you’re standing on to the platform next to it. Once there, you should find a log with a musical note on it.

• To find the next note, go to the far left edge of the platform you’re currently standing on and drop onto the platform below.

• Now for the final climbing-related musical note, look for the stack of watermelons near the tutorial portal.

• Climbing these watermelons should take you to the platform below.

• To reach the final musical note, you must have collected at least 1,000 hearts in order to unlock it tree portal shown below. Given that hearts respawn exceptionally quickly, you should be able to collect 1,000 with little to no trouble.

• Once you’ve unlocked the portal, use it to reach the platform pictured below. To collect the last musical note, drop off this platform and aim to land on one of the ones below.

• Once here you can collect the final note.

After collecting all 20 musical notes, the Collect All Notes! The badge should appear on your screen and the corresponding 5-petal backpack should be added to your Robloxian’s inventory!

Jump on mushrooms

The Annyeong (안녕) emote can be earned by jumping on 13 of Spotify Island’s mushrooms. While you can’t jump on the same mushroom 13 times, finding 13 different mushrooms isn’t difficult at all. You may even have already completed this quest while searching for sheet music! If you’re not sure what a mushroom looks like, take a look at the image below.

Aside from the quest that takes you through the tutorial, this quest is probably the easiest to complete of them all. If you haven’t already, head back into the music cave the tutorial took you to and press at least 10 of the music keys inside. This will earn you the Producer Badge.

If you haven’t already, head back to the platform where the music trampolines are located now.

• Jump from trampoline to trampoline here until you have jumped at least 10 times. After your tenth jump, you should earn the Playful Producer badge.

Now that you’ve collected both badges, you should hopeful Obtain the Floating Boombox Badge and the Floating Boombox item to go with it. However, there is a chance that your badges are faulty. When this happens, as it did for us, your quest menu will show that you’ve unlocked both individual badges, but don’t combine them to unlock the Floating Boombox Badge.

If you encounter this error or a similar one, you may need to delete the badges from your Roblox profile, enter Spotify Island, and earn them both again. To do this, click on one of the badges and select the three dots next to its title. Make your selection from the drop-down menu that appears Delete from inventory.

This will remove the badge from your entire profile and allow you to earn it again.

After following this guide and completing each of the steps above, you should have all the free Spotify items available in your Roblox inventory! However, if you don’t see all of these items right away, don’t be discouraged. It can sometimes take hours, days, or even weeks for event badges and their corresponding items to appear, so it’s likely no problem on your part, but rather a bug in Roblox’s process. These items should appear in your avatar inventory within the next week, if not sooner.

However, if they don’t appear within that timeframe, you may need to try the above-mentioned solution of deleting faulty badges and trying to earn them again.
