To get an Electromagnetic Bomb (S) in Star Ocean: The Divine Force you must first have unlocked Engineering in Item Creation. Once unlocked. You must combine two Electro-Transmitters to create an Electromagnetic Bomb (S.). The result is completely random, but there is a high chance of getting this item.

Welch the Alchemist Quest – Star Ocean Divine Force

• details: Procurement and delivery of items requested by Welch.
• Goal: Get five Electromagnetic Bombs (p.)

As always, you can find Welch at her home in Delryk Village. This quest becomes available after the events in the port city of Cotta.

How to complete Welch the Alchemist Quest for Welch in Star Ocean Divine Force

In order to complete Welch the Alchemist you must first have completed Welch the Engineer which is unlocked after the events in the port city of Cotta to unlock Engineering. For this quest you must have given Welch two Claidheamh Soluis. Once Engineering is unlocked, choose a character and combine Electro-transmitter with Electro-transmitter for a chance of an Electromagnetic Bomb (p.). Acquire five of these to complete the quest.

Where to get Electro Transmitters in Star Ocean Divine Force

There are a few places where you can get Electro Transmitters in Star Ocean Divine Force. The first is to scour the Nihlbeth area for green collectibles, and you’ll randomly get Electro Transmitters. The second is that you can buy Electro Transmitters from a shop in Baldaar for 1930 fols each.
