In God of War Ragnarok, it’s common for players to be left stumped by a puzzle or two. A notable time is during the mission in Asgard, where players are tasked with crossing brambles as Atreus. At this point, his bow possesses the sigil powers that players know from Freya’s weapon, but this time Kratos isn’t there to ignite the sigils and burn the scrub.

In order to get past this undergrowth, players will have to approach it differently than when Kratos is nearby. Atreus will burn the bramble in a manner similar to Freya, using sigil arrows placed on the bramble itself and progressing to an ignition point, but without Kratos to ignite the sigils, figuring out how to progress can be difficult.

When acting alone as Atreus, players can connect the thorn bush to a flame using the sigils. The sigils must be placed close enough together for them to connect (this is indicated by the center of the sigil glowing a lighter color). The key to getting past the Bramble is to land that last Sigil shot directly on an open flame. This will be the thing that will light the seals and burn away the brambles.
