How to get the Secret Box in Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier

Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier is filled with items and mechanics that you might not understand when you first start playing. One of the occasional items you’ll encounter is Secret Boxes, but they don’t appear often and are extremely hard to find. This guide explains where you can get the Secret Box from so you know where to look when you need it.

Before reading on, note that you can only carry one Secret Box at a time. This includes Holiday Boxes for Holiday events. So if you need to collect ten Secret Boxes for a challenge, you will need to play ten separate matches and get one Secret Box in each match.

Chests are one of the easiest places to pick up Secret Boxes. However, they become more common in the Final Phases of a match. So while you can get them early on, and you should subscribe to Chests for better weapons anyway, we expect you’ll find more of either Final Stage than any other. when.

The reduced supply is large crates that will drop from the sky during each match. They have a much better chance of containing a Secret Box than a Chest but beware. Killing monsters is the last way you get the Secret Box. The tougher the monsters, the more likely they are to land the Secret Box. However, this does not mean that you should only chase the most challenging monsters in the game.
