How to get Thunder Stones in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

If you want to evolve your Eevee into a Jolteon or your Pikachu into Raichu, you’ll need an evolutionary item called the Thunderstone. Here’s where you can find one in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.

Locations of the Thunderstones in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

Thunder Stones can be obtained in a variety of ways, but the following are the simplest methods:

  1. Get one as Pokédex reward after catching 30 Pokemon. Once you have your Pokédex open, press X to claim your rewards.
  2. Buy it from Delibird presents for ₽3,000. Thunder Stones (along with Fire and Water Stones) are only available after earning three Arena Badges. Delibird Presents is available in three cities: Mesagoza, Levincia and Cascarrafa.

You can also find one at the top of the lighthouse in the Western Province (Area One). If you are lucky, you can also find a pair in the Eastern Province (Area Three). So, grab every sparkling item you see!
