this is a New The Genshin effect Mist Dungeon incident it’s basically a better version of Run Test that lets you try all sorts of things character you may not have. They all aim to test how these characters perform in a fight. Each different event test is tailored to a particular elemental response or play style, so you can mess around with team layouts in a fairly risk-free environment.
After all that sneaking and avoiding deadly dogs in the Bantan Sango Warrior Dog event, it’s refreshing to go back to what Genshin is all about: experiment with the elements and find a way to push your damage up into the stratosphere. Now then Itto and Gorou released, things are starting to go smoothly for patch 2.3 and Misty Dungeon is one of the last events we’ll get to.
The live stream for the next version may not be announced yet, but we already know quite a bit about what might be to come. The Genshin effect 2.4 leak, including more details about the new characters, Shenhe and Yun Jin. That said, let’s take a look The Genshin effect Misty Dungeon Event and how to complete it to get those rewards.
How The Genshin effect Events Misty Dungeon works?
Misty Dungeon is a lot simpler than The Genshin effectother events and you won’t have to complete any prerequisite quests like you did with Darkness in the middle of a blizzard. Simply go to the events menu, choose one of the available trials, select your party and log in right away.
Similar to Labyrinth Warrior, you will be moved through a maze of misty rooms, each with its own battle to complete. The main difference here is that you only need to complete four of these challenges overall – the three normal battles and the final boss battle they unlock. The three you need to complete are marked with red pillars of light reaching the sky and you can recognize each of them as a platform you use to activate them which will have a runic symbol, as opposed to a directional sword down or teardrop Winged.
Each test focuses on a different elemental response or gameplay, and this is where the other battles begin. Any challenge marked with that sword will increase the effect of the trial’s summoner spell, allowing you to deal more damage and be even stronger. On the other hand, challenges marked with a drop of water will revive and heal all of your characters — useful if you decide not to bring your character in for healing.
Finally, there are also turrets located around the dungeon that will activate if you get too close. You can either avoid them or disable them with another elemental attack. Overall, it’s pretty simple: fight through the dungeon within the deadline and fulfill the conditions of the test, whether it’s using elemental explosions, specific reactions, or skills. This will ensure you get both sets of trial rewards.
What is a good number? The Genshin effect Misty Dungeon Party?
The Misty Dungeon event is a great place to try out characters that you might not have for longer than the regular Test Run event. Having to meet specific battle conditions also allows you to see what they can really do and get a sense of their playstyle. That’s the fun of the event, really, experimenting with parties and using each experimental summoner to push your damage to the next level.
If you haven’t played most of the characters involved in the test and just want to clear it for those quick rewards, here are some party features that will work.
The first test focuses on the Charge response you get when you combine Hydrogen and Electro, increasing its damage and reducing its cooldown. These are the ones we used:
- General Raiden
Raiden’s explosion recharges other party members’ explosions, and when you add this to your test’s cooldown that decreases each time you cause a Charge reaction, things can OP a bit. Her elemental skills are also one of the best sources of Electro consistently in Genshin and can be used almost continuously.
Barbara can heal and use Melody Loop to inflict Wet on nearby enemies, and Xingqiu can use the Rainscreen skill to give you Rainswords damage reduction, and Raincutter explodes to track attacks Usually with hydrogen. Finally, we added Beidou because if you hold onto her skill and release when she’s hit, she’ll do an equal shot which is always fun.
The second test increases the damage dealt to enemies frozen with Hydro and Cryo. Here are our options:
As a catalyst user, Mona easily applies Hydrogen, and her explosion pairs well with Diona to freeze enemies in AoE. Both Ayaka and Mona have alternate sprints that apply Cryo and Hydro respectively, allowing you to freeze enemies by running around. Add the Cryo weapon after Ayaka’s sprint, and it’s easy to keep enemies frozen.
This experiment is all about using the Whirlpool reaction and increasing your party’s attack power every time you activate it. Here’s who we chose:
Since Kazuha is the only Anemo character available, as long as you pick him it doesn’t really matter. You can basically drop his boom, then just explode with every other element you have to cause a Vortex. We chose Keqing for her ability to channel elemental weapons, Fischl for her electric turret skill, and Barbara for her healing.
This test is based on continuity and the use of clusters will increase the damage of the explosion. Here is our team:
- General Raiden
Raiden is built for this, as other characters’ explosions strengthen her with Settlement stacks, while her explosion, in turn, recharges them. Getting her to blow up first is a great way to ensure that others get their attention quickly. Eula and Beidou are both explosively powerful characters, and we took Sayu for healing, as well as how well her Windwheel skill combines with Raiden’s Eye of Stormy Judgment.
That’s every beta that has been released since this was written, but like with the usual staggered release, there are still three more to come.
You can play The Genshin effect Cooperation in Misty Dungeon?
Alas, unlike other Domains, the Misty Dungeon event cannot be played in co-op. You do get a ton of powerful characters, though, who already have a great build, and with a single difficulty beating each of the demos to get those rewards isn’t really that much of a stretch. difficult.
And that’s everything you need to know about The Genshin effect Misty Dungeon Event. Good luck!
