How to play Flashpoint in Apex Legends

Apex Legends developers keep players busy by introducing a variety of Limited Time Modes (LTMs) from time to time. The Flashpoint LTM is basically a battle royale, but the changes completely change the pace of the game. Here is a guide on how the game mode works.
What is Flashpoint mode in Apex Legends?

In Flashpoint, players see numerous zones scattered across the map called Flash Points. While in these blue colored zones you will get the Ability to regenerate your character’s health and shield over timewhich eliminates the need for healing items.
Assuming you take damage from an enemy while in a Flash Point, you don’t need to heal or charge your armor. However, the zone will only heal you if you don’t take damage for six seconds. Also, the Flash Points do not drop healing gear.

Another important aspect of the Flashpoint LTM in Apex Legends is the ever moving ring. The circle, or safe zone, slowly and steadily shrinks, ending at a predetermined point in one of the Flash Points on the map.
As such, you can somewhat predict final ring placement and position yourself accordingly. Once the ring reaches the endgame flash point, it stops for a minute and then starts shrinking again until it engulfs the entire map.
