In Evil Dead: The Game there are three support characters with four unique abilities. They all have the same abilities that they can allocate their points to, either empowering themselves or providing more opportunities to help their fellow survivors. Each Support Survivor begins with a Shemp’s Cola and a amulet. When in range of other survivors, using any of these items is gained by everyone in that character’s aura. For this reason, it is very important to stockpile Shemp’s Colas and Amulets, or even require the other survivors to give these items to support. Even if the support character’s health or shields are full, they can still consume cola or use an amulet to heal their teammates or provide shields.

Shared Support Capabilities

Each Support Survivor shares the same skill tree, divided into three sections. The first skill increases the healing power of Shemp’s Cola and the other skills at the top all increase the support character’s skills in battle. In the middle are abilities related to shields, fear, and aiming. Below are abilities that will help the support character heal, carry more Shemp’s Cola, and revive other survivors more effectively.

Warrior, Hunter, and Leader characters are much better suited to in-game combat, but support players can still do a good amount of damage. Spending skill points on increasing damage is not always a waste, but it is more advisable to spend skill points on skills such as: First aid or Reinforced Amulet. Stocking up on consumables is the best way to help the team, and players should try to stay close to as many teammates as possible. Not only does this ensure the support player is protected, but it also ensures the player is close to the other survivors so they can be quickly healed before they go down.
