In Rainbow Six Extraction, you upgrade your operators by using them in your quests and completing objectives successfully. The more Archaeans you kill, the objectives you complete, and the sidequests you tick, the more experience you earn.

Leveling up is an important part of the Mining experience. To perform higher-level tasks, you need to have your moderators at the right levels. Each level will enhance your abilities, giving you access to new gadgets and improving your arsenal. For instance, they also grant perks that increase your base stats as well as make your weapons more powerful with faster reload speeds.
