Filming in Troutman, NC
On Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at approximately 7:45 p.m., a shooting took place at DaBaby’s home, resulting in non-fatal gunshot wounds to the individual Troutman Police Department Approved.
Mail Online states that the intruder was shot near the soccer field at the artist’s mansion and the injured person was then transported by Iredell County EMS to a medical facility for treatment.
Police claimed that this event was “an isolated incident” and that “there was no threat to the community at large”.
Speak with The Associated PressTroutman Police Chief Josh Watson declined to say who was shot or who perpetrated the shooting, citing an ongoing investigation, but said the unidentified wounded person’s injuries were not life-threatening.
Over on Instagram, @dababy shared again @theshaderoom‘s post Office on his storyregarding the incident, and added the following text:

Inside DaBaby’s $2.3 million home
According to reports, 30-year-old DaBaby’s home is 25 miles north of Charlotte, a North Carolina city, on a quiet dual carriageway.
Spread over 11,241 square feet on an 8.94-acre lot, Mail Online reports that the property is valued at nearly $2.3 million.
The complex has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a swimming pool and a floodlit soccer field in the stadium.

More problems on the property
Mail Online also reports that Iredell County services were called 31 times to DaBaby’s address within a year after he believed to have relocated in December 2019.
Those cases appear to include 14 burglar alarms going off, four noise complaints and at least two domestic disputes.
There are also said to have been reports from neighbors complaining about construction going on at DaBaby’s property, including concerns about new watchtowers along with a concrete wall and what they describe as “bright stadium-style lights.”
