Jasmine Roth goes snowboarding with her 2-year-old daughter

HGTV host Jasmine Roth has a real sense of adventure and passes it on to her 2-year-old daughter Hazel.

“I love them both so much! I can’t believe my little 2 year old [Hazel] is on a chairlift. I mean, I can believe it since we’ve been practicing for that day all winter… but you know what I mean. Proud mom over here. She loved it too!” Jasmin wrote in a Instagram post of March 12 after spending her day on the mountain with Hazel and her husband Brett Roth.

The video shows little Hazel sitting with her father on the chairlift going up the mountain and then holding her father’s hands as the two descend the mountain side by side. Hazel even let go of her father’s hands at the end of her run and was balancing on her own when she stopped.

After spending the morning with his daughter, Brett headed for a slightly more advanced part of the mountain solo ridewhich he documented on his own Instagram page.

Fans were quick to comment on Jasmine’s post, impressed by Hazel’s snowboarding skills and her parents’ commitment to passing their love of snowboarding on to their daughter.

“This baby has a passport, has traveled to different countries, snowboards and swims. At 2. I better get my life in order. Clearly I did something wrong 😂 😂 😂,” one fan wrote.

“Two words: simply wow! Go Hazel 🙌❤️🙌. She’s amazing and so is her devoted dad xx,” added another fan.

“Her dad definitely needs some skill to be able to help her like that! And [she’s] so damn cute!!” commented a third fan.

Hazel’s chairlift and snowboarding experience may have been her first “big mountain run,” as Jasmine wrote in a caption to her video, but the “Help! I Wrecked My House host has her daughter on the slopes before most babies start go or talk. Jasmine first posted a video of Hazel Snowboarding at eight months in December 2020.

At the time, her daughter couldn’t stand or walk on her own, so her parents bought her a small board with a built-in pole to help Hazel hold herself and keep her balance. Brett then moved her back and forth on the board to get Hazel used to the feel of snowboarding. Her young daughter was beaming at the time, and not much has changed since then, like Hazel still enjoys snowboarding.

Jasmine Roth and her family have had a “Tiny Mountain Home” in Park City, Utah since 2015, but she recently announced via social media that it’s the home be put on the market. The home is currently listed for $925,000 and features two bedrooms and two bathrooms at 647 square feet, along with a snowboard storage rack, full kitchen, and living room. This sale comes as part of Roth’s recent announcement that her family is selling some of their properties and moving to Utah (at least for the winter months). Also currently for sale is Hazel’s Cozy Cabin, which has been featured on HGTV and in HGTV Magazine.
