Jason Smith arrested in Florida for walking around naked

Jason Smith (Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office).
A Florida man was arrested on March 8 for indecent exposure after a restaurant worker said she saw him walking naked outside of the restaurant in front of several customers.
When Palm Beach police officers arrived at the scene, several people pointed out the suspect, later identified as Jason Smith, who was walking nearby. The officer said he, too, saw Smith, who, according to the arrest report, “walked west with no clothes on, fully baring his penis to the public.”
Officials said Smith did not know where his clothes were and refused to give his name or date of birth. Smith was handcuffed and taken to the police station, officials said.
During the booking process, after several requests, Smith finally gave his name. He told officers that he did not have a Social Security number or ID card in any state, according to the arrest report. He confirmed to officials that “he lived on another earth,” the report said.
Smith was arrested on charges of indecent disclosure, along with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Court records show that he pleaded not guilty and his bail was set at $500.
