Jenn Todryk teases a ‘different’ season of ‘No Demo Reno’

Jenn Todryk stars in HGTV’s No Demo Reno.

“No Demo Reno” is back, and this season fans can expect a “different” experience, host Jenn Todryk teased on Instagram.

“I think it will feel different. Not like in tonality, hopefully not. It’s still the same there, but as far as the designs go,” the HGTV star said on her Instagram Story. As she explained, she’s “evolved” as a designer since she first directed the pilot in 2019. “I just feel like there’s a lot more risky design out there. I don’t know, I’m just really excited for you guys to see it,” she added.

Todryk said HGTV that their style is “organically modern, mixed with industrial, mixed with tradition”. She quipped, “That sounds like an odd design baby.”

“No Demo Reno” follows Todryk as he renovates homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area without major demolitions. The first season, which debuted in March 2021, was a success. As HGTV reportedit garnered more than 25 million viewers.

In each episode of Season 2, Todryk takes on two clients: one who needs a major makeover of multiple rooms, and one who needs a single room refresh. She also has the added benefit of bigger budgets this season.

For the premiere, Todryk will “give a large family a kitchen and main living area that meets everyone’s needs and also completes a tranquil retreat with a master bedroom and integrated office for a couple with six children.” according to HGTV.


Todryk’s clientele in Season 2 includes family and friends

Todryk’s family and friends are among her customers in Season 2. According to HGTVthe 33-year-old will be renovating her best friend’s house during the season.

“For some reason, damn it, if it’s your friends or family, that stresses you out,” she told HGTV. “You think about it before you go to bed at night. I won’t lie, definitely shed a few pounds from the sweat dripping off my back, but honestly it was an honor. It was so funny.”

Episode 9 of this season will also feature a bedroom makeover for her youngest daughter Vivienne (3). She and her husband Mike also share a son Von (9) and another daughter Berkley (7).

“I feel blessed that I can include my family in what I do and share it with all of you.” she added on Instagram.

However, she admitted on Instagram that her kids “don’t care” that she’s on TV. Todryk explained, “I’m just a mom. I’m being too strict and making her pick up her room and it annoys her.”


Todryk has amassed a social media following

Todryk first gained a following on social media. your Instagram account, @theramblingredheadcurrently has a million followers.

“I started out on social media,” she explained during an HGTV Q&A session. “I’m one of those weird social media people. I share a lot of my life and I want the show to reflect that.”

Season 2 of “No Demo Reno” premieres on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 9 p.m. Eastern and Pacific time on HGTV. It will also be available to stream on Discovery+.
