Rodrigo took to Instagram earlier today to post a message urging Leeds fans to get behind the U23 side on Friday 22 April.

In our view, Jesse Marsch will be happy to see that.
Rodrigo contributes to improved morale at Leeds
You can tell a lot about a football club by the way they treat their U23 side.

For some, the gap between the Under-23 level and the first-team is disastrous, with many disaffected young players romping around with no chance of a chance.
At Leeds, however, Joe Gelhardt, Stuart McKinstry, Cody Drameh – prior to his loan to Cardiff – Charlie Creswell and Crysencio Summerville were heavily involved in first-team duties and often train with them at Thorp Arch.
It’s a tight-knit group and with Rodrigo openly urging everyone to support the Under-23 pearls it will surely only bring the squad closer together.
Rodrigo has been promoted for Leeds
Rodrigo has been in top form since March.
That £27 million man scored three goals in his last four Premier League games with some of those strikes proving huge.
Rodrigo scored in the 2-1 win over Norwich and in the dramatic 3-2 win over Wolves, helping Leeds convert two points into six.
If Los Blancos avoid relegation from the Premier League, they have the Spain international to thank for promotion at a crucial time.
