Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Georgia home is facing foreclosure AGAIN!
The financial and divorce drama never seems to end Kim Zolciak And Kroy Biermann .
Accordingly TMZ, online records show her $3 million Georgia mansion is facing foreclosure again. The pending sale date is listed as November 7th. Although their home is not in foreclosure yet, it seems to be a matter of time since they have missed their mortgage payments.
But fans who have been closely monitoring the situation between Kim and Kroy saw this coming. The 38-year-old former soccer player revealed in documents filed last month that his financial problems were worsening and he was unable to make his monthly mortgage payments. Things were so bad that Kroy claimed he had to sell his backpacks and other personal items to make ends meet. He asked Kim to sell her handbags to help, but she refused.

While The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum has sold some bags, wigs and other luxury items, Kroy said, “None of the funds raised from the sale of these items have been used for the mortgage or other bills.” That’s why he’s now on to hold an emergency hearing on September 27 to seek permission to sell her home as it could clear her “significant debts”. Although Kim has insisted that it was her idea to sell the house, the athlete says she has not cooperated at all and that is why he has to take the matter to court. However, if the judge agrees, he only has a month left to sell the house – and that’s not a lot of time. Kroy has to keep his fingers crossed and hope that this place is conquered quickly!
Just when you thought the whole thing couldn’t get any messier, right?! Of course, this isn’t the first time the former couple has faced foreclosure. Back in February, her family property found itself in the same predicament and was initially scheduled to be auctioned off the following month. However, they managed to avoid foreclosure and canceled the auction through their payments. But now they’re back where they started.
While Kroy is determined to sell her house, Kim is? Well, his lawyer has a theory about what she could do to stop the foreclosure on her house. Kroy’s lawyer Marlys A. Bergstrom told Us weekly On Friday, she explained that “Kim’s big plan is to file for bankruptcy.” Wow!
If Bravolebrity filed for bankruptcy, Bergstrom explained that “the foreclosure process would be stayed.” [of Kim and Kroy’s shared home in Alpharetta, Georgia] and again the parties would be forced to live together, enveloped in all this toxicity, for God knows how long.” Good Lord. We bet Kroy is terrified at the thought of something like this happening. The lawyer noted that his team will “object to the application” because “it is very likely that Kroy and Kim will stand to gain next to nothing” if their residence is foreclosed on.
Of course, we don’t know if this is Kim’s plan. As Bergstrom said, it was just a “guess” as to what her legal strategy might be amid her financial difficulties. But would anyone be surprised if she took this step?
