Kristin Chenoweth Marries Musician Josh Bryant – The Hollywood Reporter

Kristin Chenoweth is married.

The singer and actress tied the knot with musician Josh Bryant in Dallas on Saturday.

For the ceremony, the bride wore a pink Pamella Roland floor-length gown with a large bow at the back. For the reception, she donned a pink cocktail dress, also by Roland, with a large bow at the front and pink Nike sneakers.

“Simple and elegant. I never thought I would get married, so I went very unconventional with the dress. I love it,” Chenoweth told People their color choice.

Guests were reportedly served special cocktails at the reception, including one called the “Wicked Margarita,” which was a nod to Chenoweth’s starring role as Glinda, the good witch in the Broadway hit musical Evil.

Chenoweth and Bryant reportedly first met in 2016 at her niece’s wedding, which featured Bryant’s band Backroad Anthem performing. His band also performed at her nephew’s wedding two years later.

“By then we had become friends, and that’s where he was strong,” Chenoweth said People. “Josh asked me where I was going to play next and it was North Carolina. I said, ‘I’m busy. I don’t have time, there, there, there.’ And he showed up for the concert and that was it for me.”

The couple got engaged in October 2021. They live in both New York and Nashville, she said.
