Kroy Biermann’s Rolls-Royce is confiscated – and he blames Kim Zolciak in a nasty statement!
Kroy Bierman is figuring out the hard way what the saying “fuck around and find out” is all about.
Well, it’s not really the “playing around” that is throwing him all over the place at the moment. It’s more due to the fact that he and his wife have become estranged Kim Zolciak stopped making his payments Rolls-Royces – and now it is being recaptured. Not good!

The news organization reports that the former linebacker rented the Cullinan — which is valued at a whopping $400,100 — back in July 2020. The lease should run until next month, July 2023. And the 36-month terms themselves were pretty wild: The former soccer star was legally required to pay a whopping $5,297.64 a month to pay off the whole thing! That’s not small change!
Unfortunately, it seems like he didn’t pay the money for one while. BMW Financial Services’ newly filed lawsuit alleges that Kroy has “often come up short” in recent years, the news agency said. And in the last few months he hasn’t even paid ONE PENNY! According to the organization’s reporting on Thursday, the ailing former professional athlete has reportedly not paid a penny for the lease since September last year. UFF!
For this reason, BMW Financial is now applying to the court for a “write of ownership” in the lawsuit. Basically, that means they want to take the vehicle back because Kroy is so far behind on the bill. Apparently they are demanding too all also the money they have lost in the last ten months. That’s going to be a hefty bill!

Just hours after this story first surfaced Thursday, Kroy’s attorney said Marly’s Bergstrom spoke up. Bergstrom did not deny the revelation disclosure at all. In fact, Kroy’s rep jumped right into it — completely eclipsing Kim in the process!
In a statement that was released TMZ Regarding the embarrassing foreclosure situation on top of Kroy’s already intense divorce from Kim, the attorney said:
“Mr. Biermann never thought he’d be in this position if his car was impounded. But that’s the consequence of people realizing they’re spending a lot more than they can afford. Kroy retired and is no longer getting that NFL salary. I don’t think anyone told Kim.”
And Bergstrom wasn’t finished there!!
The second half of the statement aimed even more intensively at the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, and it sounded something like this:
“When it comes to finances, Kim is disconnected from reality; every month Kroy has to scrape together enough money to pay the mortgage and keep the house from foreclosure; They receive dunning notices and now lawsuits on behalf of the creditors. Kim continues to spend money on online gambling, wine and things that are NOT necessities but luxuries. Well, now they have one less luxury item.”
