Kyle Richards has revealed one of her favorite beauty secrets, which she’s helped tone and tone her face and neck muscles over the years.

As she underwent an electric facial at Carina’s Facial Studio, the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star documented the treatment for her four million Instagram followers on Thursday.

“Preparing for all things @carinas_skin_care,” she captioned footage of herself laying under a white towel with bandages covering her face.

After the procedure, Richards showed off her glowing skin while praising her 15-plus skin guru, whom she dubbed “master.”

“You really are the BEST Carina ❤️,” the TV personality gushed on her Instagram story.

In a 2014 interview with Haute Living magazine, the mother-of-four described the facial as the most outrageous beauty treatment she’s undergone for youthful skin.

“You really are the BEST Carina ❤️,” the TV personality gushed on her Instagram story

“It looks ridiculous – like Hannibal Lechter with a mask – but [the electric current facial] makes you look younger and tightens your muscles,” she explained. “I also do microdermabrasion and it’s to keep myself as young as possible.”

For the past decade, the Halloween Kills actress has been open about getting botox, two nose jobs, liposuction, breast reduction surgeries, and “laser and PRP on the face.”

Her post comes just two days after Richard’s claims that she uses the diabetes drug Ozempic to lose weight were shut down.

In the comments section of a Page Six Instagram post that linked to a story about her tattered figure, Kathy Hilton’s younger sister replied to a user who wrote, “I think it’s a lot of visits to the plastic surgeon.”

“I’ve never tried Ozempic and it doesn’t come from plastic surgery,” Richards replied.
