Kyle Sandilands reveals plans to build a sex room in his new mansion with his fiancee Tegan Kynaston

During Thursday morning’s Kyle & Jackie O Show, the 51-year-old radio host spoke to his fiancée Tegan Kynaston, who is currently undergoing a renovation, about the idea of building a sex room in his newly purchased home.
The room is said to be behind a “secret door” connected to the home library.

Kyle and his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson spoke about the space after they both watched the new Netflix series How to Build a Sex Room, a show in which luxury interior designer Melanie Rose creates ‘sexrooms’ for couples, who are looking for more excitement in the bedroom.
Kyle was surprised when Jackie revealed that she invited Melanie onto the radio show to talk about building a sex room.
“If you would make a sex room, let’s build it now,” Jackie told Kyle.
The conversation got off to a rather tame start when Melanie asked the former Australian Idol judge how much space he had.
“About four garage spaces. Twice as high, and four cars fit in there, he said.
“Melanie has worked with some crappy rooms, this is a good room,” Jackie added.
“We can really make hell for leather here.”
Kyle also noted that the room would need to be soundproof as he is expecting his first child with Tegan, 37, and doesn’t want to hear the newborn cry while he “smashes his wife.”

The KIIS FM presenter has spent a cool $3 million on a mansion in Glenorie, a rural Sydney suburb about 44 km from the city centre
When Melanie asked what kind of “adult toys” he was bringing into the bedroom, Kyle seemed squeamish about his answer.
“Um,” he replied as Jackie started laughing.
“There are some dildos there,” the father-to-be added. “But we don’t use them very often.”
‘Why not?’ asked the designer.

The house sits on 9580m² of land and adjacent bush land and is quite spacious with five bathrooms in addition to the generous number of bedrooms

According to the original listing, the mansion also boasts “great living areas with high ceilings” and a “huge eat-in kitchen with lots of storage space.”
“Well, because I’m a man and I like the meat to do all the work,” he replied. “Every now and then, when I’m not doing well, I’ll toss her the thing with the old battery and… ‘It’s okay, honey.'”
The group then tried to “expand” Kyle’s ideas and talked about what kind of “apparatus” would work for him and whether or not he was into roleplays like BDSM.
“I don’t like the beating and paddling and whipping. I’m not into that,” he said, before explaining that he used to be “whipped” by his stepfather.

The eight bedroom home will be converted into a Hamptons style family home.
“It triggers me,” the former Big Brother host explained.
Kyle then said he’s not into “sensual play” either, preferring to “get ripped off.”
‘Am I missing something?’ he asked, to which Melanie replied, ‘You could actually be missing out on quite a lot!’
He also discussed the room’s color scheme and tossed around the idea that Kyle would do “boudoir photography” with Tegan.
“I’d rather have a tuxedo when the old guy is hanging out. Does it work?’ he asked.
“We could do that too,” Melanie replied. “But would you be semi-erect?”
Jackie burst out laughing as Kyle joked, “Well you would definitely slap him in the face. They don’t want the ‘sleeping turtle’ to be on display.’
Jackie then pointed out that the only thing her co-host actually agreed to be in the sex room was a picture of herself, adding that Kyle was probably Melanie’s most difficult client to work with.

Change: Kyle’s co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson (left) said she was ‘so happy’ for the couple after their baby news and told them their life was about to change forever
“You might want a full-length mirror so you can watch yourself,” Melanie added.
Other options for the room included a spanking bench, a St. Andrew’s Cross, and an inversion table.
“I guess you like that,” Jackie said to Kyle.
“I’m going for a gold inversion table with black leather accents,” Kyle said.
‘What about a tantric chair?’ Melanie asked before explaining that the love chair is meant to enhance sex life while blending into a home’s aesthetic.
“It has an ergonomic curve so you can actually lie down and relax and then have your woman positioned on top of you,” she added.
“Okay, I’ll take care of that,” Kyle replied. ‘Throw one of those in.’
Concluding their conversation, the radio host said he wouldn’t turn down the offer to build a sex room in his new home and said he would ask his fiancee for her opinion.
“Maybe I’m not satisfying her,” he said. “Maybe she wants to be tickled and strapped.”
“You should at least offer it,” Jackie added.
Last month, Kyle dropped $3 million for an eight-bedroom mansion in Sydney that he plans to convert into a “Hamptons-style” home ahead of the birth of their son with Tegan.

The cottage is ten minutes from Glenorie Village and was previously rented for $1200 per week.
Kyle and Tegan currently live in a rented house on Sydney’s upmarket Bellevue Hill.
Meanwhile, Tegan is due to give birth to their son next week, whom they have already christened Otto.
The high-profile couple got engaged in Port Douglas last year before announcing they were expecting a baby in February.
