Hallmark star Lacey Chabert revealed big news about The Wedding Veil franchise in a recent appearance on The Tonight Show. Here’s everything you need to know about what Chabert revealed.
Chabert said she’s doing 3 new “Wedding Veil” movies
in a (n Interview with Jimmy FallonChabert announced that she is directing three new films for The Wedding Veil franchise.
“Autumn Reeser and Alison Sweeney and I, we’ll be back with three more ‘Wedding Veils,'” she told Fallon. “We’re filming her right now… We’re filming the last one right now. We’re actually going to Greece this weekend to film the third one. But Ali is the lead-in. And we’re really excited to bring these characters back to life. Because the movies always end with a kiss, they fall in love. And now let’s see what happened after that. There could be babies, the friendships are deeper.”
Greece is an unusual place for a Hallmark film. It’s not the first overseas location Hallmark has filmed in, however. In fact, a previous Wedding Veil film was also shot overseas. The Wedding Veil 2 was filmed in Venice, Burano and Bulgaria.
Reeser wrote of the experience: “From riding to set in a water taxi, to sipping espresso in small china cups on set, to taking my son’s Flat Stanley on the adventure of a lifetime…I doubt anything will ever top that experience for me.” !! I hope it brings you as much joy as it does me because that’s my WHY for making these films!”
