Lala Kent recently got candid with her followers when “Vanderpump Rules‘ star posted on her Instagram Stories about how her life is ‘strange’.

Kent posted a photo of an upcoming event in New York City on Oct. 1 and captioned it, “I’m going to be vulnerable AF right now.”

“I can’t wait to hang out with you guys in New York,” she continued. “My soul needs this. Life is weird right now and being with my people in a supportive and uplifting environment is what I need at this moment. I’m counting the days,” she concluded with a heart emoji.

The photo, which Kent shared on her Instagram, was for an event on Saturday, October 1 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Shopify New York at 131 Greene Street. The 10th season of Vanderpump Rules has just wrapped up production and Kent teased some information about the highly anticipated season in a recent episode of her Podcast “Give Them Lala”..

The Utah native said she needs to work on breaking down parts of the show to separate it from her personal life. The mother-of-one shared on her podcast that she can recall at least two occasions during the season where she realized she was bringing the show home and it impacted her personal life. “You know, it’s our real life, it’s our real life, so it’s very hard to say, ‘I’m just going home now and I’m not going to let it affect me,'” the Pump Rules actor explained.

Still, the reality star said she believes season 10 will be a really good one, despite saying so in the past. Kent said it was impossible to show everything, but there was definitely drama among the Bravo cast and the group’s dynamic has shifted. Kent described her friends group as “resilient,” but said while she knows this, she’s not sure some of her co-stars can come back from certain things that happened.
