Several Leeds United fans took to Twitter to give their reaction to Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhala’s tackle on winger Raphinha.

Leeds suffered a Fail 4-1 meet Arsenal at Elland Road in the Premier League on Saturday night.

It was a pretty comfortable win for Mikel Arteta’s side.

And they deserve it.

However, there was one particularly unhappy incident with Leeds fans.

Xhaka appeared to step on Leeds winger Raphinha.

It looked like an unpleasant challenge, but the Swiss midfielder was not sent off.

Arsenal legend Martin Keown criticized Xhaka about BBC One Match of the Day.

And some Leeds fans have also criticized the Arsenal star on Twitter, as you can see below.

Leeds fans in Xhaka challenge on Raphinha

Bad challenge

In our opinion, Xhaka’s challenge to Raphinha is no good.

Really bad.

What’s even worse is that Xhaka didn’t have to take the challenge.

That’s not a goal close to goal, and Raphinha won’t score.

In our view, Xhaka really needs to stop this or it will cost Arsenal dearly at some point.

As for Leeds, they need to really step up their play.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side are indeed in danger of being relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.

Yes, Leeds have been hit hard by the injury, but they really need to figure out a way now.
